What equipment do you use?

I'm a Nikon shooter and carry with me on the day of the wedding the following setup:

I also shoot in RAW with 2 memory cards in my camera as an extra precaution to make sure your images are backed up as I shoot them. I also backup your final images on two separate hard drives for safe keeping.


How many images will I receive?

The average number of images you will receive is 75-100 images per hour of coverage. Typical wedding days receive between 800-1000 images but can always receive more. My motto is, if they're good you'll get them so I don't put a cap on the number of images I plan to deliver.


Are you insured?

Yes, I have full business insurance and can provide proof of insurance to you or your venue if it is required.


What if it rains?

During our timeline planning process we will come up with alternate shooting venues in case of bad weather. I also bring along with me 10 clear umbrellas for you and your bridal party. If more are needed (depending on bridal party size) just let me know and we can make that happen.


What is a print release?

There's no print pressure here! Your images are yours from the start and I encourage you to print them wherever is easiest for you. I always tell me couples to, if you're printing large images or images to be displayed on your walls, use the print lab attached to your final gallery since they have the highest quality and best color representation for your images.


Will you travel for a wedding or engagement session?

I absolutely love to travel! I'm based in Cincinnati, OH but am available to photograph a wedding or engagement anywhere you heart desires. My travel fee would be for the round-trip flight (or mileage if it's within reasonable driving distance), hotel the night before (to scout locations and prep), and hotel the night of. I always work with you to find the most affordable travel options available to keep costs low.

 

There is no travel fee for weddings and engagements within 1.5 hours of the 45069 zip code.


Can I see an album or gallery before I book?

Of course! I always love sharing my past galleries with clients and have a sample album on hand for you to peek through to see quality and flow.


What is required to book?

A signed contract and 50% deposit is required to book. Dates are on a first come first served basis and no dates can be held without a signed contract and deposit. If you have inquired about a date and another couple requests that date, I will let you know so that you can make the decision to book.


I feel SUPER awkward in front of the camera. Can you help?

I totally feel you on this! I am sooooo awkward in front of the camera and that's why I take special care to make sure you feel 100% comfortable in front of my lens. I have fun posing techniques that I'll guide you through in your engagement session and wedding day that focuses more on genuine interactions and emotions rather than stiff poses. Of course we'll get traditional poses as well, but my main goal is for you to have a great time and let that show in your images.
