Sometimes you get a couple of sweet souls like Kelsey + Ashes who are head over heels in love with each other AND with keeping it simple. This wedding was everything I hoped it would be and showed off this couple’s easy-going nature and unique personalities.
We started the day getting ready at their hotel in Newport, Kentucky and then moved to the beautiful Mirror Lake at Eden Park for some fun bridal party shots and their bride + groom session.
The backdrop of this Cincinnati landmark complimented Kelsey’s ethereal wedding gown and woodland inspired details to a tee. Not to mention, it really set off the classic vibe Ashes had going with his larger-than-life top hat << LOVED THIS!
From a hand fasting ceremony, to beyond meaningful ring selections and a super simplified reception agenda, Kelsey + Ashes’s wedding focused solely on their love and their guests. Everyone had a blast, ate amazing food at their mashed potato bar and danced the night away to classic tunes everyone could get up and groove to.
Needless to say, I’ll be asking Kelsey for her insanely low-key yet on-point wedding planning advice when I get hitched.
